The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines and describes coaching in this way:
“Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” “We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.”
What is the cost of coaching?
The cost is $120 per meeting. In a typical coaching partnership, we agree to meet 2-4 times per month for about an hour each time for the first 3 months, and then review and revise our schedule according to your evolving goals. Between scheduled meetings, both e-mails and brief phone calls (to troubleshoot, share a resource, or celebrate a success) are included as part of the coaching relationship. Other options may be arranged, and costs will vary depending on the partnership we design.
Is the cost covered by insurance?
No, the cost is not covered by health insurance.
How may I make payment?
Payment may be made by e-transfer or credit card.
When are appointments available?
My regular office hours are Monday to Friday between 11 am and 7 pm (Eastern Time). Other hours may be arranged.
How do we assure coach-client compatibility?
We’ll arrange a complimentary, introductory telephone conversation to become acquainted and to answer your questions.
Who is your typical client?
Each person is unique! At present, my unique clients range in age from 30+ to 80+ years, each of whom is learning, seeking, becoming, and wanting to make a valuable contribution to their world.
